About this policy
This policy explains how SPOLDEX handles information from visitors and business inquiries, including inquiries from the United States. SPOLDEX is based in Sialkot, Pakistan. For privacy questions, contact info@spoldex.com.
Information we collect
When you request a quote, we collect your name, email, company or team, country, sport, order quantity and message. You can also provide a phone number, delivery date and design files. Security services may process your IP address and browser information to prevent spam and abuse. Please do not send payment card details or sensitive personal information through this form.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote and discuss your order. Submitting a quote request does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We also use limited technical information to keep the website and form working.
Who handles your information
Quote requests are sent to info@spoldex.com, our current inquiry inbox. When the live form is enabled, the website uses Hostinger for hosting, Resend for email, private Vercel Blob storage for files, Upstash for form processing and abuse prevention, and Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. These providers process the information needed to supply their services. Your information may be processed in Pakistan, the United States or other countries where these providers operate.
Cookies and optional measurement
Essential cookies remember your privacy choices. If you allow analytics and the service is enabled, Google Analytics helps measure website visits and quote requests. If you allow marketing and the service is enabled, Meta may receive advertising conversion information, including hashed contact details. Hashing does not make this information anonymous. Optional tracking stays off until you choose to allow it. You can change your choice on the Cookie Settings page.
How long information stays
Temporary website inquiry records expire after 30 days. File download links expire after 7 days, but link expiry does not delete the file. Uploaded files and email correspondence may remain in the inquiry systems for follow-up and order records. Contact us to request deletion; some information may need to be kept for an active order or a legal obligation.
Your choices and US privacy rights
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, receive a copy, or opt out of certain uses, including targeted advertising. Email info@spoldex.com to make a request or ask us to reconsider a response. We may need to verify your identity. You can reject optional marketing and analytics through Cookie Settings and still request a quote.
Children
This website is intended for adult business buyers and team representatives. Please do not submit personal information about children, including player rosters containing children’s contact details.
